Design Build

Design-Build offers a collaborative and efficient method of completing a construction project that leverages the strengths of single-source planning, design, and construction expertise. Design-Build allows LRJ to bring greater levels of accountability, value, and control to your project. Our primary function is to act as our client’s advocate, and we use our significant knowledge to select, negotiate, and hold the entire project team accountable – from designers and engineers to vendors and subcontractors. Combined with our deep knowledge in construction, the Design-Build method enables us to exert greater control on project’s timeline and costs, while providing one trusted point of contact for questions during – or after – construction.

As a general contractor, we work closely with the client's design and preconstruction team to safely and efficiently execute their plan.

Close-out and Commissioning

Transitioning into your new facility is both an exciting and challenging time. LRJ provides comprehensive and convenient close-out and warranty services for our clients. Our process-driven approach enables our field and office staff to work directly with the facilities representative of each project to thoroughly ensure a smooth transition to building operations.
 

Maintenance Services

Our maintenance services group is devoted to taking care of all the clients’ maintenance needs, no matter what the size of the project is. This service group was organized to provide additional resources to our client on a day to day or staff extension basis that allows flexibility in helping to meet the client’s needs.
